We know our community wants to be a place where everyone can be their best, where kids have a great start to life, can learn and thrive, where families are healthy, safe and feel like they belong.
Hands Up Mallee exists to make that change happen, with you.
Collective Impact put simply is recognising that a community, working together can more effectively achieve large scale changes to social issues.
Hands Up Mallee wants to generate awareness, and help our community, business, government to work together to tackle the causes of our community’s complex social issues.
To create a strong foundation for Collective Impact work, we knew that understanding our Community's perspective on regional social issues, and hearing their ideas for change was vital. From October 2016 to June 2017, we spoke with people from all across our community to learn about our region's passions, aspirations, concerns and ideas to determine our Common Agenda for change.
